Guest Information:

  • The lobby hours are 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Please feel welcome to use the lobby to eat, visit with friends, etc., during those hours. If you need anything, please feel free to contact the front desk anytime.
  • You will need your room key to enter the front door from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The rear entrance is locked at all times and you will need your room key to enter.
  • The breakfast bar is open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • A soda/snack machine is located at the rear entrance of the building. The ice machine is located on the north end of the first floor by the stairs.
  • Guest laundry is located at the rear entrance of the building. Laundry supplies can be purchased at the front desk.
  • An exercise room is available for our guests to use between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • Ironing boards are available upon request.
  • Long distance calls require a calling card.
  • No smoking in any rooms, hallways, or lobby. A $250 fee will be charged to the account of a guest smoking in the building.
  • All pets must be announced upon check-in. Pet owner will be liable for any damages pet may cause. A copy of pet policy is included in this folder.
  • Check out time is 11:00 AM. If you need a later check out, please request it before that time.
  • If you need any additional nights’ stay, please let us know by 11:00 AM.
  • Upon check out, please bring your key to the front desk.

Pet Policy:

Welcome to our Pet-Friendly Hotel. By pet, we mean dog/cats. Sorry, no birds, or exotics. For the health, safety, and enjoyment of all of our guests, staff, and owners the following Pet Policy has been established:

  1. There is a $20.00 pet fee per dog, per stay/week. TWO DOG LIMIT.
  2. Pets are only allowed in certain rooms! Pets are not allowed upstairs with the exception of smoking rooms!
  3. All pets must be announced at the time reservation was made to guarantee a pet friendly room. If pet was not announced when reservation was made, please announce the pet at check in. We will do our best to accommodate you and your pet.
  4. Any guest found sneaking a pet into a non-pet friendly room will pay the $50 + tax pet fee, per pet, plus an additional $50 cleaning fee, per stay/week.
  5. There is a $250.00 cleaning fee, determined solely by management, for a room left in an unsatisfactory condition.
  6. The pet must not be left unattended unless kenneled!
  7. The pet must be free of pests (fleas, ticks, etc.)
  8. The pet must remain quiet. If the pet is noisy, we will ask you to quiet the pet. If the noise continues to disturb other guests, we will have to ask you to check out early without any refund of that evening’s charges.
  9. Please take your pet to the south side of the building to go to the bathroom.
  10. Pet owner will be liable for any damages pet may cause. Pet owner will be commensurate to the cost of such damages.

 

Cancellatoin Policy: If you need to change or cancel this reservation, you may do so up until 72 hours prior to the datae of the reservation. Canceling your reservation before 72 hours will result in no charge.
